Hello,

Factory defaulted APs have access uid/pw of "super" and "sp-admin".

APs that connect to a ZoneDirector, have access uid/pw the same as the "admin" userid and password on the ZD.

ZoneDirector can allow administrators to authenticate through a corporate ActiveDirectory userid/password,
or FALLBACK to the "admin" user login credentials.

You cannot login to an AP with an administrators ActiveDirectory user credentials, only the ZD "admin" account password.

If you are unsure what your admin user password is, you can provide a previous ZD backup or debug file to Tech Support
for assistance to descramble the encrypted and hashed details.

Coming to this party late, but how are you supposed to get into the AP in order to extract the debug file without the admin PW?
