My Access point router was replaced about a year ago or so. All of the sudden, the access point has dropped. I'm not able to utilize the 5G or other network that was on this access point. I called the number, and no one can assist me. They send me to the Community Page to post. Can someone please help me with getting the access point back up and running? I Appreciate the assistance.
