Dear Sir ,I have ICX7450-48 48-port model having issue and got new RMA but unable to add ip route command in new switch . any specific service need to enable on new switch to add this command?

We Need Ruckus help Regarding password Reset :1.While the recover the forgot password device configuration should not erase.
