how can i inintialise my simple AP as a HotSpot2.0(like with interworking IE and vendor IE).?

i need to develop my custom product and i can initiate simple AccessPoint in it.. but now i want to initiate my AccessPoint as a HotSpot 2.0 with interworking IE and vendor IE..can you help me for this..thanks jignesh narola
