excuse me if I didn't understand What i tried to explain was that the ssid island, when i choose It to Connect neither the Mac address or the serial number are allowing to Connect the wifi Network. So i already did Factory reboot and by poe inject...

the rj45 port is blinking ambar and then green and the ping never goes alive and reach it, wifi island is broadcasting, is the r300 damaged?
