i now have 5 systems that clients paid top [price for and they have one commonality, ZD1100 or 1200 and the sifi speeds are 1/5 of the crappy comcast modem. whats the problem

this is ruckus, not netgear whats the problem. i know i need to pay $200 for updates??????
