Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P

I have a home with a Ruckus WAP connected to a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P. I have a Eero gateway connected from my modem to my ICX 7150-C12P and have link but ports 1-12 have no connection and my Ruckus WAP on port 1 has no link.x
