ZoneDirector tacacs+ authentication of Cisco ACS

Has anyone used the tacacs+ authentication of ZoneDirector by Cisco ACS? When I used the ACS account to login the ZoneDirector, I had no privilege to configure. But the same account I used to login the switch is ok. Thanks for help.
