Hello thank you for the follow-up! I asked a contractor for help with the reset. He had to connect a PC to the main unit directly, and then also reset every antenna to get it to work -- but it's working now!

Thank you so much for the follow-up. I still cannot get into the admin console of my ruckus or factory reset, and the wireless internet is still unsecured. Will try to troubleshoot later today again.
