Yes I tried to adjust DNS settings per the thread here but I believe the instructions was for an older iOS version. I look forward to the fix. Thanks.

I had the same issue on both my iPhone and iMac. I logged onto my Windows VM and was able to log onto the app no prob. What is the resolution to use the apple products?

This was not helpful. I am on my ruckus network but the app nor the browser admin link is recognizing that I am on the network.
