Since you now have my IP address and my MAC address, can't you fix the problem remotely as a part of your world class customer service?

I am unable to give you a screen shot because I get this message when I try.You do not have permission to upload images.

AT&T confirmed I should be getting 997 MB download and 905 MB upload.  I am getting 188 MB download and 286 MB upload.  They said the Ruckus is slowing everything down.  It is an old issue since it was installed, but we also had a recent power outage...
