Ruckus will not power on

My Ruckus will not power on and when plugged in it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. I'm requesting RMA.

This shows the serial number of my unit. Please let me know when they have added the unit to their system so that I may complete the RMA request. It will not submit without the serial number. thank you.

Your system states that the serial number doesn't exist for this device. The picture shows the serial number of FEK3249N16S. What do I do?

This has been happening for a week. The switch has been plugged into a usable outlet and the surge protector always.
