Not everyone.also I checked different articles and see the visitors claims about the uploading photos.I replied with the error message.

Unfortunately,I don’t have this option .to upload photos 

I don’t like to start over.i had the same issue and I followed the same steps.everything is fine and it’s a live between the switch and my laptop (server )but i had the error message Retry count exceeded;starting again
