Ruckus support for Lennar homes

My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs too. My son-in-law who is an IT tech for 20yrs checked the system, rebooted 3 different times and said unit was “bricked” and to contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Green power light on and system light stayed amber being rebooted 3 times
