I tried from my end by getting in to your account and downloading the licenses. However I am also getting the same error message.
Let me escalate this to the concerned department and will have them fix this issue ASAP.
However in order to make sure you don't face any down time, I have sent the 200 AP upgraded license file to your email address.
Please check the same and let me know if you have received and if the system is up and running with the licenses.
