one AP with 3 SSID and 3 subnet

hello,
is it possible to do this ?
I want with one AP (r300) and ZD 1200, have 3 SSID and 1 difféerent subnet.
example:
SSID 1 with subnet 1
SSID 2 with subnet 2
SSID 3 with subnet 3
and these 3 SSID get ip by the same DHCP server.
between AP and Dhcp server, there is one routeur configure on relay DHCP.

i assigned the vlan for each SSID but yhe routeur don't receive the query for relay DHCP for the vlan.

The AP's port is configured as a trunk port, As I mentioned before the VLAN is specified with in advanced settings on each WLAN. Ensure that the port on the router or switch the AP is connected to is configured as a trunk port also (has tagged VLANS applied to it).
Also ensure that DHCP helper is setup correctly on each VLAN.
