have a zoneflex 7363 I'm unable to log into the web interface with, any idea's?

have tried hard resetting the device, but every time I log in with user name "super" and password "sp-admin" it doesn't progress and asks for the same details again.
very frustrating as I cant work out why this would be happening?
windows internet explorer says there's and invalid certificate when opening the page but that's it.

have tried putty, but just shows unable to connect error when i tpye in the ip address :-/
and tried firefox with no luck either!
fustrating..... is there a way of forcing a firmware upgrade onto it? n then seeing if that allows a successful log in?

Probably need to open a case but I would say the AP is dead.
