default unit of expiration date on Guest Information page

In the guest Information page,the operators would set an effective date on the item of "Valid for".
The Unit of the expiration date on the pull-down(on the screen) is default "day".
I want to change the default unit on the pull-down(on the screen) from "day" to "time".
Because of the set at the usual time unit, I want to default the "time"
