Hi everyone
I currently have a Ruckus zonedirector 1200 Controller on firmware version 10.0.1.0 build 17, but the support website recommends ZD1200 version 10.2.1.0.183 (MR1 Refresh5) for me.
Enter to monitor > access points to see what devices I am managing, from that section I can see r300, r310, r500 and r510. If I update to the new firmware version, do I lose the possibility of continuing to use any of these devices? The r500 appears as end of life within the support.
Thanks for the support.
Greetings.

Hi Elias,
Among the listed AP's only R300 is the one which is not supported since 10.2.x code on ZD, rest R500,R30 and R510 are supported.
Best Regards

List of supported AP appears in Release Note for each firmware version.
Basically all 802.11n APs were discontinued for a while, and last of 802.11n AP manufactured by Ruckus was in fact R300.
