ZD1200 firmware downgrade 10.1 to 10.0

I have a ZD1200 with firmware 10.1 without problems, but a tried to downgrade the firmware from 10.1 to 10.0, after downgrade the firmware I just lost the controller, I cant ping it or access by any via. Any advise?

what is the ZD status LED??If it is blinking red all the way after rebooting it many time or hard resetting it then pls call Support for further advise.. thx

Yes... Sorry!
We recommend to always save a backup before any upgrade,
and to add the version digits to your filename, in case you need
to revert back to previous version, you will have a previous config...

Ruckus have to flexible downgrade.
If for downgrading from 10.1 to 10.0, though we do config-bakcup of 10.1, we don't restore it to 10.0 because ZD don;t provide downward compatible about config.
If we diretly to install to 10.1, and we need to downgrade 10.0, we only have to do reconfiguration.
It's very inflexible.
