Hi All, Just wanted to ask if someone encounters this issue, when I connect to ZD 1100 through wired and try to open it via google chrome I cannot open it. It states there that "This site can't provide a secure connection and said error is uses unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION or CIPHER MISMATCH". I can ping ZD 1100. I cannot open web browser like edge and IE same issue. Hopefully someone can give an advise. Thank you

Adding on here- you can enable SSLv3 on Internet Explorer.  If you do, make sure to add the site to the compatibility view list or upgrading the ZD from IE will corrupt the firmware.

Thank you so much! Only way to get the upgrade to work was with IE in compatibility mode after changing the SSLv3. Chrome 50+ and newer Firefox would not allow bypassing the encryption.

all this was not working for me on a win10 computer.
i used a old pc (guess i used a virtualized win xp) just for upgrading.
after that also win 10 was able to connect.

I have been facing the same error when trying to access the web browser, which happens during the TLS handshake process. For that, I found the solution at https://certera.com/kb/how-to-fix-the-err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch-error/.
