My ZD1200 was working fine, until yestarday when it stoped and now it's showing two solid green lights and dosen't respond to the reset button an the F/D. I was trying to access it by console, but I can't see it, not by console or netowrk. The last ip it was using was 192.168.75.35, but I can't access using putty. Have anyone see this before? And if it does, did you find a solution?

The switch where this controller is connected do you an L2 address (MAC of ZD) ?
1) If you do see the MAC address you can further check if this device has taken any other IP (considering an active DHCP server in network)
2) If you don't see an MAC in switch and have already performed f/d this is a faulty device and would need replacement on the basis of active support it has. You can reach out to our support team to validate the RMA on this device https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us
