what exactly does the following show(besides the obvious)?

Total number of dropped downlink frames.
is there any sort of "ballpark" figure, and if so how would you go about reducing it, or is it all part of the environment teh kit is operating in?
Also, since the AP's are NOT directly communicable with when in ZD mode, how would you identify which AP's are the source of the most packets?
