SZ100 not pinging after reset

i am changing the management ip to 192.168.1.1 to another network 192.168.11.1 but got error message something like "ip cannot change static route not defied  " like that

than I reset the ZS100 and now its default ip is not pinging and status light is gree.

yeah i restarted and saw the symbols on the screen but cant type any thing.
and tell me how to set SZ100 to factory default
