hi,

i have Ruckus Controller ZD1200 suddenly doesn't working normally (stuck), doesn't open controller, Ping to IP controller not reply, Reset or F/D doesn't working (press the button for 30 second), can anyone help me? thanks

Are both green LEDs on all the time? If so, it's dead. You should, assuming you're the original purchaser, contact Ruckus support for an RMA.
