Ruckus R320 sync to ruckus server ZoneDirector 1200 Hello guys i have problem to my ruckus R320 firmware version 114.0.0.0.1360 anyone can help ? thx

My Ruckus R320 2.5G not light on, usually light is on after ruckus sync to ZoneDirector 1200

Hello @AnimGround 

Please confirm the firmware version of the ZD1200? 

Is there any firewall between the ZD and ruckus R320 ?

Please login into the R320 AP from the CLI and run the below command

#set director ip <IP address of the ZD1200>

Please refer the below knowledge base article for AP/ZD connectivity.
