Removing Basic Rates

I'm trying to figure out how to set 12 Mbps and 24 Mbps as supported rates instead of basic rates. I'm working with a customer whose SSID lists 6 Mbps, 12 Mbps, and 24 Mbps as basic rates in the beacons but their deployment density is not that great and mobile clients are struggling with multicast audio. I'm working with a third party integrator so do not have direct access to the CLI. I can only suggest things to try and I'm not too familiar with the Ruckus CLI so I'm looking for the commands that will remove 12 and 24 as basic rates (set them only as supported) and list 6 Mbps as the ONLY basic rate. So far they tried the command...

bss-minrate 5.5 | 12

but the beacons still list 6, 12, and 24 as the basic rates.

You can only issue the bss-minrate command which also influences the mangement rate:
set bss-minrate 24
If you are looking for a more granular control of what rates are supported you will have to raise an FR through Ruckus engineering, this approach (which i know Cisco support) is not currently supported by Ruckus.
