Our 7731 has lost connection and we cant find why and what we need to do to re-establish connection.

Hi Keith, thanks for interest in this matter. We have discovered that, for some unknown reason, the units rejected our IP addresses, after using them for more than eight months. We have now reset the units to default IP addresses and this seems to work. They now lose contact every time we configured them with our IP addresses.

Any chance the IP addresses are being duplicated? Are you manually setting them to your IP range or using DHCP?
