Filtering no longer working?

I notice typing something into the filtering box (on an iPad) no longer filters results for DPSK.

May i know which version IoS you are using and ZD?
It seems to work fine on Ipad.

It is 7.1.1 but also no filtering on Firefox, Internet Explorer on Windows 7. I suspect it is a local ZD fault - there is a case in about it at the moment and I appear to be the only one having the problem.

I'm looking to downgrade back to 9.7 and then follow a correct upgrade path and try again (the firmware 9.7.1 wasn't in the upgrade path recommended for the upgrade to 9.8 - only 9.7.0 is mentioned.)

1) Can someone direct me to a link which will step through the downgrade process?
2) Can someone confirm whether, after upgrading to 9.8 again, I can use a current 9.8 backup to restore new users from recent days and not suffer the faults (filtering not working)?
