Hi, I tried both reset and f/d button for factory reset. it does not work. the status light is off now. need help!

If the reset button isn’t working and the status light is off, try unplugging the device for a few minutes and plug it back in. If the issue continues, you might need to contact customer support for additional help or repairs.

I turned off and on the power. The status light stays solid green. I still could not do F/D reset! Can anyone help? Thanks!
