Dynamic PSK problem

Zone Director 1100 with version of 9.7.2.0 build 9, having problem with Authentication, same user can access the network with multiple devices. Also generated Dynamic PSk for the same user.

Non-Dynamic PSK authentication methods can be configured so that one user can access the network with multiple devices however DPSK based auth method via batch or ZERO IT once executed, successfully authenticated & associated on supported device cannot be used on a different device.

I highly suspect this to be a case of misconfiguration or some mis-understanding on how it works (with due respect).

Just to be 100% sure Please doublecheck it and if you are able to recreate the issue -- "DPSK once executed, successfully authenticated & associated on supported device also works on a different/unique device.", feel free to report that to support team.
