Is it possible to request the RMA of a zone director 1200 as an end user? Or does the partner necessarily have to intervene?

Hi Jose,
If it's a faulty hardware even end user should be able to raise RMA request. Partner is needed to confirm/Validate the tshoot steps for recovery and faulty hardware.
