I have a potential client with Ruckus ap's and controllers, that I would need to monitor using SNMP. The question I have is what is the LicensedAPs OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.25053.3.1.5.2.6 returning - assume its just the access points assigned to that controller, but not their status, (up/down)?
I am trying to determine if I can monitor the status of the AP's by only looking at the controller, or if I need to monitor the status of each AP individually.

Hi Mehdi,
Please refer AP SNMP Reference Guide 9.10, and check if below MIBs serve your purpose.
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/691-zonedirector-9-10-ga-snmp-reference-guide
ruckusZDWLANAPEthPhyLinkStatus 1.3.6.1.4.1.25053.1.2.2.1.1.2.8. 1.10
ruckusZDEventAPLostTrap 1.3.6.1.4.1.25053.2.2.1.5
ruckusZDWLANAPStatus 1.3.6.1.4.1.25053.1.2.2.1.1.2.1.1.3
This OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.25053.3.1.5.2.6 would give you AP licenses on the ZD1100.
Regards,
Abilash PR.
