A customer using zd-1200 is having a problem.
Hello. I am writing this because a customer using zd-1200 is having a problem.
The customer is the administrator of zd-1200 and several network infrastructures.
However, the customer is currently experiencing a phenomenon in which some information is not displayed on the web interface of zd-1200.
The customer gave me a VDI for remote management, and I checked the phenomenon by logging into the zd1200 the customer is using through the VDI.
System > system info, system settings, all alarm are representative.
If you look at the attached file, the left side shows information for each menu that is not displayed, and the right side shows information that is displayed normally.
The VDI currently being used by the customer appears as shown on the left, and the same appearance appears even after deleting cache and cookies in Chrome and Edge browsers.
Is there a solution?
The VDI used by the customer is Citrix VM and is a closed network structure that is not connected to the external Internet.

Hello,
Please access the ZD using Mozilla Firefox browser. This should fix the issue of missing system info.
