mac os connection problem

some of my clients having problem for connection to wireless network. they can not connect at all. this problem is only for Macbooks and ipads, iphones have no problem. my ssid is open with no security. i also checked with wpa2 the problem still exists. my ap model are zf7352 and my zd model is zd1200 firmware 9.12.1.0 build 148

If the user is having the connection problem on Mac OS then the user has to click on the wireless option and then click on the network name, after that click on the advance button on the wifi option. Now the user needs to drag the network name on the advanced option and then the connection will establish.[ additional SPAM removed ]
