I was looking to update my R710 but did not realize at the time that I had a SOLO ZoneFlex firmware revision and I downloaded the latest Unleashed firmware by mistake. I upgraded the WAP and did come back initially and it seemed to be working as people could connect to the WIFI. I tried to login to the console and it gave a message that said it was building the new environment or something like that. The next thing I know the ping I had running to the WAP dropped off. I thought maybe it was rebooting again but it never seemed to come back. I am guessing you can't go from the 114 SOLO firmware to an unleashed version. Can someone confirm I screwed it up or should this be able to work?

Regarding this article and the conversion from Solo to Unleashed, can you perform the factory reset from the Web Admin or it has to be done physically through the Reset Button?
