I'm one of these guys that bought a home with a Ruckus system built-in. I have ATT Fiber with an NBS white modem. The Ruckus is running, we can connect to it, I have it configured. My issue is that my wife works from home and she will be working and get regular issues with video calls and recording them. The computer isn't overloading and the Ruckus clocks 300-310 mbps download and 250 upload. I've tried resetting the system multiple times, the regular ATT wifi works fine, but the modem is too far away to use, and honestly, I'd like the Ruckus to do its job.
Any tips?
