Blocking WiFi on Ruckus H550 that is part of Comcast Community WiFi (cannot be disabled)

For MEDICAL reasons, I need to block WiFi on the Ruckus H550.  Comcast advises that it cannot be disabled without taking down the entire apartment property system.  Can I use a Faraday cage?  I was using Faraday cloth, but the device was getting very hot.  This is URGENT.  Thank you very much.

Is the AP running on Standalone or Unleashed version?
If you have access to the GUI, then you can turn OFF the Wifi for 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz.

Thank you so much for responding.  I am a resident here and do not have access to turn off the WiFi.  The property manager checked with Comcast twice on my behalf, and they told him that you can't turn off WiFi in any unit without taking the entire system down.  It's how the system is designed.
