Is there a way to find my account ID through the unleashed dashboard? A former employee set our environment up a while ago and I need it to open a ticket.

To open up a support ticket you just need the AP serial number and it should have an active support :
Please follow the below steps to get to the information:
Log into the GUI of Unleashed AP
Click on Dashboard
Click on Access Points on the left
Click on Ruckus AP having a tag as Master AP on it
Click on System Overview Info
Find the serial number under the System Overview details
