Unable to upgrade to Unleashed

I purchased a refurbished R710 for use in my home office. I'm able to login to the device but unable to do a few things, like upgrade to the Unleashed firmware. In the Maintenance Menu I select Upgrade, then Local & then Firmware - nothing happens. No option to select a file on my PC.

I've Reset the device using the button on the back - nothing changes.

I cannot Reset using the Maintenance Menu option. (Reboot starts, but never completes - I have to power off/on the device for that.)

Suggestions?

Try with Firefox as your web browser. The upgrade functionality is broken on old AP firmware releases if you use Edge/Chrome.
