URS move to CAM login in Mar 2025

Hi, I currently use the ios mobile app (v. 14.152.1) to login to unleashed using admin credentials to manage my R310s using 200.7 firmware. I've noticed recently that a message at the bottom of the login screen says " URS will move all users to CAM login in Mar 2025. Current login method will not be supported any more". Can somebody please clarify what action if any I need to take to be able to continuing accessing my network in future via the mobile app? Many thanks.

It's going to a new SSO login with their newer remote platform. The app will function the same, but it will have a better login system. There should be a button to migrate the login as seen here.

If not, then log out and log back in, and it should give you a message asking you to migrate your login. If you don't get a message then, reinstall the app and it will come up on login. All it will do is have you enter your email to get an OTP. After you enter the code, it will have you enter your social login again and then tap to migrate networks. Then your done. From then on you will use your email address to log in instead of a social platform. Here are screenshots of what each steps looks like when you see the message pop up:

Thanks Jackson. I don't actually use a social login, I always login via my admin username and my password. Does that make any difference to your instructions above?

No. They're getting rid of username and password logins too. All accounts need to be migrated. It's pretty easy.

ok thanks Jackson. One more question, my unleashed network was set up for me by an IT firm some years ago using their email address etc. rather than mine and I've just used the admin login/password since then which they also set up. Does that matter when I enter my email address in the step above? Just want to ensure I'm not entering an email address it won't recognise for the migration or do I need to get the same IT firm to do the migration? thanks again, Nick
