Greetings,

    Ruckus Networks releases new versions of firmware on a periodic basis, sometimes with new features / functions and sometimes for security.  Ruckus customers with Unleashed networks at home or business can check for firmware updates, and perform a network upgrade via Unleashed WebUI or Unleashed Mobile App (UMA).

    Our Ruckus at Home section of the How-to-Hub on the Support portal, contains knowledge articles and videos to follow in order to perform a backup  / upgrade of your Unleashed network. See the videos here:

    Prior to a manual (local) upgrade, check the Ruckus support portal Unleashed Product page for a newer release.  Download images for the model of Unleashed APs you have in use.

After doing an upgrade on our R510 unleashed (1 master and 4 satelites) only the master shows online. The other access point show disconnected. What do we do now ?
