Setting up Guest Self Pass Service - what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to set up Guest Self Pass Service on an Unleashed network at a small hotel.

Rather than type a thousand words trying to describe what I've tried, I'll just let some pictures do the talking.

Setting up the WLAN:

And also:

I've also set up the twilio and email accounts that will be used to send the login info to the guests.

Here's the twilio account. I am able to send test (and emails) texts successfully.

The problem I'm running into is that when I connect to this WLAN with my phone, I do not get any splash page or anything that asks for either an email o phone number etc.

I am able to connect to the WLAN but that's it. I'm not able to get to the internet nor get the slash or landing page when I type in the url (ex: www.google.com) manually.

I've made sure to turn off popup blocking, as well as allow all cookies in Safari on my phone.

What am I missing here? Any pointers or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
