Second AP is only disconnected

I configured the R600 as the Master AP and wanted the R500 to be joined. After upgrading the firmware to 200.1.9.12.55 it was found by the Unleashed network, but it's permanently disconnected. I made a special subnet for this case:    192.168.64.0/24
What else can I do to make it work? I really want to use Ruckus, but not with this issues....

are these two AP configured on static IP of 192.168.64.X ??

yes, there is no dhcp configured for this subnet

ok. please make sure both AP's are on same firmware version. check network configuration, reconfigure if needed. post configuration connect them wired to the network.

if it still fails, do you what is the LED status on disconnected AP? Is it pingable from AP GUI and network? are you able to access the GUI of disconnected AP?

Thank you for the help, it was the firmware. For some reason I found only the .55 yesterday and not the .62. Now both APs have the newest firmware and its finally working
