SCP failing. Duplicate host key

After a power loss my Ruckus IP changed.

I'm trying to scp new firmware files to my switch, ICX7150-C12.

I'm getting this error.

client_input_hostkeys: received duplicated ssh-rsa host key

I've removed the IPs from my known_hosts file on my Mac.

I've tried deleting and regenerating the key, but still does not work. Any ideas?

crypto key zeroize
crypto key generate rsa modulus 2048

I've had this issue across most of my devices after updating to v9xx images.

I have the same issue here also after updating to v9xx, is there a way to fix this? I've also trying zeroing the crypto key and resetting but it doesn't solve the issue.

I figured out connecting via SSH, but it still always gives me duplicate warnings, so I just ignore it.

Hi All,

Yes, it's RSA Host-Key. Firmware upgrade has nothing to do about it, unless the device certificate is refreshed. But some client device does alert the user about changed Host-Key if the server IP is changed, some clients even allow you to overwrite the key, but some, especially MAC books you got to delete the stale RSA Host-Key entries and let the client learn new Host-Key which corresponds to a new IP address.
