Ruckus R770 unleashed

I noticed there is only standalone firmware available for download for the R770 AP.  Is there an Unleased version that can be downloaded?  If not are there plans to do so soon?

That's not 100% true.  I applied the new Unleaded firmware but I still see my AP old SSID's when it had the solo firmware.  I did a factory reset and they're still there.  I had also setup a brand new PC with a fresh install of Windows 11 after the AP was updated and it also sees the old SSIDs.
To boot the AP's wifi performance is like a Wi-Fi 6 AP and I have a Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 wifi 7 card in my machine with the latest drivers on Windows 11 24H2 preview (it detects my connection as 802.11be at 6GHz).

Hi TEAM!

What is the procedure since the R770 does not allow WEB access? When the firmware is removed from the cloud, it is only used to return to the cloud.
This is confusing.
Is there a guide to upload the Unleashed firmware?
Thanks"!"!

Hi,

You can upgrade the R770 AP from Standalone to Unleashed from the GUI or CLI.
Post upgrading to the Unleashed, you should be able to access the GUI.

Let me know if you face any issues or error during the process.

instructions how to flash an r770 to unleashed out of the box. if not on standalone firmware do a factory reset (note that holding the reset pin for different durations does different things - <5 seconds is soft reset, 5-10 seconds is hard reset, >10 seconds is recovery mode).

1. ssh into the router at 192.168.0.1 (remember to set a static IP address of the computer you are using to connect ie something like 192.168.0.33), default credentials are super, sp-admin. it will prompt you to change the default password right away

2. run the command 'set https enable'

3. log into the web interface at https://192.168.0.1, making sure that you are using https

4. flash the unleashed firmware through the local firmware upgrade path

took me a bit of googling to learn the different cli commands between the brocade/ruckus switch and AP product lines so I hope this helps other people that are searching
