Roaming is not working

Hello. I have a small network of 9 P550 and 10 P350 APs. I've noticed that roaming isn't working between APs. Clients stay on the old AP until the very end and don't switch to the new one. Often, when switching between antennas, clients lose connection for 10-15 seconds. Roaming is enabled in the settings, and the signal limit is set to -75 dB via the СLI. I've enabled and disabled adaptive roaming, but the result is zero. Can you tell me what other roaming settings are available, and why clients don't want to connect to a more powerful antenna?
The clients vary, but they're mostly Samsung and iOS. I've tried various firmware versions, but the current version is 200.18.7.101.244, and the controller is running on one of the P550 APs. Is it possible that the built-in Unleashed controller isn't sufficient, and I need to purchase and install a separate external controller, the ZoneDirector 1200?

Could you please confirm the AP models — are they R550 and R350, or P550 and P350? Just want to make sure we’re checking the right setup.
