Hi!
I have an R600 that the GUI is acting strange on. I cannot set the system name, it never saves, I cannot set the system time, I cannot restore from backup, and most importantly I cannot enable Mesh.
I had everything configured, and every time that I select to enable Mesh it hangs at processing and never completes, I let it sit for 30 minutes and it still never completed. I took a backup and did a factory reset to try to enable it from the wizard, I selected it and it did not apply. When I tried to restore the backup, it would let me browse and select the .bak, but would not give me the restore options. I have another AP (r500) that work and they see each other and respond properly normally, but I need to deploy the 500 in an area where there is no Ethernet accessible. Some other strange things I have noticed, the sync time from PC doesn't work (not really important if I can get NTP to work), and if I click the registration link it does not take me anywhere and locks up the GUI.
I have tried on Chrome and Edge, from 2 different machines.
I can try to SSH to it and see if I can enable it that way, I'm a cisco guy so I'm not afraid of the CLI, and I can figure out the commands if its possible to do from the CLI.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

Old Ruckus software doesn't work properly on Edge/Chrome (which are the same browser for the purposes of compatibility).
Try using Firefox to do your configuration.

ms264556 is correct, I personally use Waterfox over the new Firefox, and it didn't work, but Firefox does work with older firmware.
Before I tried Firefox, I configured the NTP, hostname, mesh and zero touch in the command line and when I do "show", they all are saved and look correct, DNS records show the hostname properly too. When I pull up the GUI it does not reflect that everywhere on the other browsers, but it does show the correct hostname on top and, it shows mesh status enabled on the AP summary page, even though the check box isn't showing enabled. I was on 200.7.10.2.339 firmware on both devices as that was the latest you could download and tftp to the devices.
Still trying to get the second AP to join the mesh.
I found I could load more firmware updates through the GUI with Firefox, that were not available for direct download. I loaded them max version at a time removing each AP before I connected the next one to confirm the version was available on both. I got them both to the supported version they could each take ( since they are both *00, I was able to upgrade them both again to a higher and equal version (200.7.10.202.145).
Before the CLI and FF, when I first added the second AP it showed up on the "controller", but when I enabled mesh on both they never saw each other again, after multiple reloads and reboots on both. I have clients on the master AP now, but I will try to lab more of it tomorrow. I get fast flash on DIR after factory reset, with mesh enabled on the master and the serial entered into zero. This update and future updates are for others that might experience the same issue, we all hate seeing the post where we see the same problem, and the answer is "I figured it out.."

I was able to upgrade, and configure, but the R500 will not mesh with the R600, I have factory reset both, tried to configure the R600 as root in mesh and put the serial from the R500 into the R600 so they would mesh. When I plug the R500 in, I see the DRI light flashing fast (1sec) with power at slow flash (2 sec), I let it sit for a week and it never joined. I have tried to add the R600, and then remove it and set up the R500, from the configure.me SSID with the correct info as a mesh client (so there weren't two unleashed masters on the same network, it does the same thing, and I still cannot get them to mesh.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!
