So far, ruckus has not been able to solve this, so your choises are limited to: 1) dont use radius 2) check all the settings in NPS Network policy options, including "No Encryption" 3) downgrade to older firmware
Do you have an open ticket with Tech Support I can follow up on? Are you sharing wireless traces and AP support info files when problems are seen? Is there any known bug on this behavior you seem to be seeing? I still haven't heard of anything like this on our side. Thanks.
