R600 Unleashed No Internet

Got 2 New R600 Unleashed, tried to go through setup twice (one using web browser, other using mobile app) and both times they created the SSID but when I connect to them they say No Internet (can't connect to internet or even access the admin). Any ideas?

please check your DNS configuration firstly, and also check Unleashed dashboard of internet status if it's connected state.

You've gone through the basics? What Lan does ARP on your switch show the device and Ruckus AP on?
Can you ping the LAN GW from the AP? Possibly the SSID isn't "Bridging to LAN/WAN" or whatever it's called.

**Resolved - one of the wires was off in the RJ45 and that was giving it power but no data. Works fine now!**
